She graduated in Business Economics at University L.U.I.S.S. “Guido Carli” of Rome. She is Chartered accountant and Statutory Auditor. From 2001 to 2010 she performed Assurance services, previously in PricewaterhouseCoopers then in Reconta Ernst & Young (REY), coordinating in the role of manager financial statements auditing and complex consulting projects for public and private entities, developing strong skills in the analysis of financial statements, risk assessment and process efficiency. In REY she also coordinated Technical Assistance projects for the Audit Authority under various Regional and Transnational Operational Programmes co-financed by European structural funds. From 2010 to 2014 she covered the role of CFO for a group of companies and research centers operating in the electronic engineering and strongly engaged in research also co-financed by EU funds under direct management (FP7) as well as national, regional and European Structural Funds. In 2014 she starts working for INIZIATIVA performing consultancy services for administrative procedures, accounting and financial assistance for public entities under projects co-funded by the European Commission and / or the Italian State. She also carries out project management services to public and private entities participating in Horizon 2020 projects.
