He graduated in Law at “Federico II” University of Naples and has a Master’s in Business Administration at I.S.I.D.A. – Istituto Superiore per Imprenditori e Dirigenti d’Azienda. In his thirty years of experience he has held management positions in various companies operating in various sectors. Particularly, he has carried out its activities in: Montedipe S.p.A. of Montedison Group, Cirio-Bertolli-De Rica S.p.A. of SME/IRI Group, Banca Fideuram S.p.A. of Banca Intesa Group, Centrale del Latte of Rome and Lottomatica S.p.A. He oversaw the privatization of Centrale del Latte of Rome and listing on the Italian Stock Exchange of Lottomatica S.p.A., where he held the position of Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs. He was the President of a Spanish law company and Member of Board, also with operational responsibilities, of many companies. Thanks to this extensive experience, he assists and advises, even like temporary manager, in legal, corporate, financial and public sector as well as for the study and implementation of restructuring plans, valuation and business planning, also preparatory to the stock exchange listing procedures.
