New Europe's Rail call: €245 million to accelerate rail innovation.

Europe's Rial JU has launched the Call for Proposals 2025-02. With an overall budget of €245 million, the call supports research and innovation activities in order to strengthen the results of previous flagship projects (Flagship Projects) and advance European railway technologies to higher TRLs. The ultimate goal is to foster the implementation of innovative operational solutions and technologies in Europe.

With this invitation, Europe's Rail is accelerating its contribution to the European Green Deal, the strategy for sustainable and smart mobility, and laying the foundations for contributing to the next European Union programming period, addressing the challenges the rail sector faces today.
