Iniziativa acted as financial advisor in the minibond issuance of Ferrone, owner of the historic women's fashion brand Sandro Ferrone. The transaction was managed by a dedicated team led by Partner Marco Messina, with the direct involvement of the CEO & Founder Ivo Allegro and the contribution of analysts Simone Bonocuore, Federica Delle Cave e Mattia MessinaThe company also received support from Studio Giordano for tax, accounting, and administrative aspects.

The transaction involves the issuance of a €2,5 million minibond as part of Basket Bond Lazio, a Lazio Region program aimed at supporting SMEs' access to alternative finance instruments. The bond was underwritten by MCC and CdP and structured by a group comprising MCC, Banca Finint, Banca Finnat, and BNL BNP Paribas.

The funds raised will be used to strengthen the brand's retail presence in Italy and abroad, expand its Rome headquarters, and make new investments in digital and marketing, further supporting the brand's expansion.
