The reason is structural: the ecosystem of venture capital It is underdeveloped, the number of operations is limited and the exit phase remains complex, reducing the market's attractiveness.

Many businesses with solid ideas encounter difficulties not in creativity, but in preparation for the confrontation with finance: incomplete documentation, unclear business plans, poorly structured revenue models, or ineffective pitches.
This dynamic also closely concerns the cultural and creative sector, where start-ups and SMEs have great innovative potential but often do not have access to the tools necessary to communicate with Early Stage, Seed or Venture Capital investors.
It is in this scenario that intervenes Heritage Smart Lab (HSL), the European Digital Innovation Hub dedicated to the cultural and creative sector, funded by the European Commission and the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy.
Iniziativa, as an HSL partner, supports companies through dedicated services for:
- Business modeling & prefeasibility, to define clear, credible and scalable proposals;
- Investor readiness, with preparation of pitch decks, financial documentation and needs analysis;
- Access to private capital, thanks to networking with Early Stage, Seed and Venture Capital investors;
- Economic and financial feasibility studies, to build solid growth and investment strategies.
The goal is to bridge the gap between creative potential and the ability to attract capital, supporting cultural and creative businesses towards structured and competitive growth.
