Iniziativa alongside Pisa Sporting Club in financing the Pisa Training Centre

Iniziativa confirms its leadership as a leading advisor in corporate and project financing transactions supporting large infrastructure projects, with particular expertise in the large sports facilities sector.

In this context, we are supporting the Pisa Sporting Club as financial advisor in structuring the financing operation for the realization of the Pisa Training Centre, a strategic project for the club's development and for the enhancement of the area.

As also reported by Football and Finance, the entrance of Chianti Bank in the pool of financial institutions it concerns a first tranche equal to 1,5 million euros, part of an operation broader and more complex, inserted inside a total financing round of approximately 12 million euros, currently being negotiated entirely with the support of Iniziativa.

The operation confirms the consolidated expertise of Iniziativa in corporate financing and in the structuring of complex operations to support significant investment projects, with a strong specialization in sports infrastructure and stadiums, also through the instrument of public-private partnership (PPP).

In this context, Iniziativa is also alongside the Pisa Sporting Club in the project of redevelopment of the Arena Garibaldi Stadium in PPP, a testament to ongoing collaboration and a long-term development vision.
