In 2025 we closed twenty years since it was refounded Iniziativa, with a purchase of the business unit and brand from one of the largest consultancy firms in the world.
2026 therefore opens a new decade, in which we want to continue the path we started twenty years ago and which today characterises us as “various consultants, development consultants”.
Iniziativa is a management consulting company With a history spanning over twenty years, built on two pillars: finance and innovation. Our approach is that of a boutique: selective, dedicated, having a deep attention to the quality of the solutions we offer.
Today we operate from four locations – three in Italy and one in Brussels – and we offer consolidated expertise in five areas: corporate finance, subsidized finance, public-private partnerships, sustainability and innovation 5.0, and business advisory.
In all these sectors we work every day to support our clients in the realization of ambitious and sustainable projects, generating concrete impact: in addition 2,2 billion euros in incentives obtained over the last fifteen years, and dozens of corporate finance transactions and business advisory projects, are tangible proof of this.
But what matters most, beyond the numbers, is the spirit with which we face every challenge. When Iniziativa It was refounded – there were only four of us, coming from a big four – we had a clear vision and the desire to build something that would have value over time.
Today we are beyond 35 professionals, and to the young people who join us we often repeat a few simple words: be patient, be generous, studyTalent is not enough if it is not accompanied by humility, listening, and dedication.
