After having supported the growth path of SOLACEM since 2007 (SOLACEM SPA (Società L’Processazione Cereali Del Mezzogiorno)), which in 20 years has tripled its turnover and sextupled its value, Iniziativa confirms its positioning as a key player in the sector, supporting the entry of FHP Group Holding, the port and advanced logistics holding company of F2i SGR, in the capital of the same Solacem SpA, the main terminal operator of the port of Torre Annunziata, 3rd in Campania, where it operates in the break bulk/bulk sector.

In the operation, Iniziativa, in addition to acting as originator, assisted partners Giuseppe Rocco and K4 in financial and business matters, and provided operational support to the company during the due diligence phase. The team Iniziativa, involved the CEO Ivo Allegro together with the consultants Federica Delle Cave e Simone Bonocuore

The entry into the majority (60%) of the F2i company, which in Campania controls GESAC, the airport concessionaire that manages the Naples and Salerno airports, but with the maintenance of a significant share (40%) held by the industrial partners who also express the CEO Joseph Rocco, is being developed from an industrial perspective and strengthens the strategic positioning of the Campania port in the national bulk and project cargo logistics system, contributing to the development of the port system in Southern Italy.
