Scuolab, founded with the goal of revolutionizing school education through technology, with a significant focus on STEM subjects, where a teaching method based on theory rather than practice has a significant impact on the country's competitiveness (Italy has 50% fewer STEM graduates than other advanced European countries), now joins Helkin, a leading player in educational travel and innovative school services. This partnership promises to build an integrated ecosystem where digital technology, educational content, and international learning experiences meet and strengthen the country's human capital.

This operation validates Protom Group's corporate incubator approach: generating valuable spin-offs from targeted R&D investments, guiding them to market validation, leveraging growth, and reinvesting resources in new, targeted innovations that leverage the expertise of Protom's four SBUs. This is a vision we share and are helping to implement.

Iniziativa, in fact, has been supporting Protom Group since 2023 in this growth path: a relationship that has consolidated operation after operation. We also supported Protom in the acquisition of Espero in 2024 (https://lnkd.in/dQgNkWSv), which has strengthened the knowledge development division in the Lombardy market, and today we are here to tell another stage of this development journey.
