<strong>The Eurobursar</strong> Iniziativa, which supported the sellers, involved the partners Ivo Allegro e Marco Messina and the analysts Simone Bonocuore, Federica Delle Cave e Mattia MessinaFor the legal aspects, the team collaborated with the lawyer Gabriele Molinari.

The acquisition is part of LabAnalysis Environmental Science's external growth strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence in Southern Italy and expanding its portfolio of expertise and services dedicated to environmental monitoring, laboratory analysis, and technical-scientific consulting.

Founded in Naples, Natura operates in the environmental analysis sector and related services for public and private clients, with a focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and technical support for businesses.

With this transaction, the Ferone family, 30 years after entering the environmental analysis sector and having consolidated a nationally recognized company, is focusing its entrepreneurial energies on its historic engineering business, while also ensuring Natura has solid growth prospects within the LabAnalysis group as a leading provider of services in the central and southern Italian region.

For us of Iniziativa this M&A transaction is the third of the year and confirms our ability to enhance corporate growth paths through extraordinary transactions.
