She graduated with honors in Finance at Federico II University of Naples. She has achieved also a Master's degree in Private Equity and Investment Funds at IFBL (Luxembourg) and a Master in Financial Accounts and Management Control at IPE. She speaks fluently English, Italian, Russian, Romanian and French. Before working in INIZIATIVA, she has been employed as a financial analyst in an Italian financial risk management leading company. She performs for more than five years the consultancy activity in Corporate Finance, Aided Finance and Public Administration with deep knowledge in the field of venture capital, business & financial planning, European R&D projects, project management and project financing.
