Antonio De Rosa

Graduated with honours in Economics and Commerce at the University Federico II of Naples, Master in Business Administration at the Alma Graduate School of Bologna, specialisation in Finance, he has been an expert in Stock Exchange Techniques at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli, member of the Credit and Corporate Finance Commission and member of the working group on Basel II at Confindustria Campania, head of the technical group for the preparation of the Consob prospectus of a popular bank, member of the board of directors of joint stock companies. Financial Analyst, ordinary member of AIAF since 2002, he has been carrying out Management Consulting activities for over 20 years, in leading companies in the sector, in favour of private clients, mainly in the field of Corporate Finance and Business Advisory. He has lectured on financial and credit issues on behalf of Fondazione Aristeia, a body of the National Order of Chartered Accountants, and has been Financial Advisor for a number of successful Debt Restructuring operations, including that of the San Leonardo Palace Business Centre in Salerno. He is the author of numerous articles and participations in publications on economics and finance.
