The project RenAIssance faces the growing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Skills Gap in higher education and vocational training within the cultural and creative industries.

Developing a structured AI-based training framework, the project allows designers, architects and creative professionals to integrate the AI-powered creativity, the digital manufacturing , sustainable design in their work.

RenAIssance identifies key AI skills gaps and offers specialized training programs in several European countries. Plan AI-powered learning resources, aligned to the levels 3–8 of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), guaranteeing the relevance to the sector andemployability.

Training programs include Generative AI, digital craftsmanship e eco-sustainable design methodologies. Through a wide pilot testing phase, the project refines the AI-based training strategies, integrating certification paths e accreditation mechanisms to support long-term adoption.
