Graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the Federico II University of Naples, Master in Business Administration from the Alma Graduate School of Bologna, specialization in Finance, he was an expert in the subject of Stock Market Techniques at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli, member of the Corporate Credit and Finance commission and member of the working group on Basel II at Confindustria Campania, head of the technical group for the preparation of the Consob information prospectus of a cooperative bank, member of the board of directors of joint-stock companies. Financial analyst, AIAF ordinary member since 2002, he has been carrying out Management Consulting activities for private clients for over 20 years in leading companies in the sector, mainly in the Corporate Finance and Business Advisory fields. He has taught on financial and credit issues on behalf of the Aristeia Foundation, body of the National Order of Chartered Accountants, and has been financial advisor for some successful Debt Restructuring operations, including that of the San Leonardo Palace Management Center in Salerno. He is the author of numerous articles and contributions to publications in the economic and financial field. Since 2022 he has also held the position of General Director of ASSOBETON – Confindustria.
