He was the founder of Iniziativa together with Ivo Allegro, and has carried out consultancy activities for over 30 years for private clients with a particular focus on the issues of subsidized finance, corporate finance and management and process control. As a manager, he followed the evolutionary path of Iniziativa, the first independent company with offices in Milan, Naples and Bari and over 40 professionals and then after the acquisition by Ernst & Young as manager of the Naples office.
