Graduated with honors and mention in Economics and Business at the Federico II University of Naples, he is a Contract Professor of Project Cycle Management and access to public funds at the Unitelma Sapienza University of Rome and has a teaching position at the chair of Professional Technique of the Department of Business Economics at the Federico II University of Naples
He has been working in the management consulting sector for about 30 years in both the private and public sectors.
In the private sector he has significant experience in the growth processes of companies through development support for internal lines (with the implementation of production enhancement, Research & Development and Technological Innovation programs) and for external lines (Merger & Acquisition, issuing of securities debt and equity, debt restructurings, private equity and venture capital and, recently, IPOs and reverse takeovers). It has a successful track record in the field of support for the development of new businesses, in technology transfer and in the development of start ups/scale ups with specific expertise in the following sectors: ICT, Aeronautics, Facility Management, Tourism, Food and Beverage, Logistics.
He has particular expertise on the topic of PPP, with over 125 operations, both in the field of tangible and intangible infrastructures/services, where he deals with both the financial and management profiles of the operations.
In the public sector he has worked and continues to work in support of public administrations in technical assistance services connected to PPP operations, the use and monitoring of EU funds, where he has significant experience in the field of state aid, infrastructure and financial engineering, in the definition, implementation and evaluation of territorial development programs, and, in recent years, in the development of processes for reviewing spending and valorising PA assets and in the field of public subsidiaries where he is one of the co-founders of 'Italian Observatory on Public Shareholdings in collaboration with the Federico II, Bicocca and Tor Vergata Universities.
He is an AIAF accredited financial analyst.
