Graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the Federico II University of Naples, he has been carrying out consultancy activities for over 20 years.
In 2004 he joined the Naples office of Ernst & Young and in 2005 participated in the MBO operation from which it was born Iniziativa, dealing with extraordinary finance operations, as well as operations relating to the development of investments through PPPs.
Today, with significant experience in business & financial advisory, project financing and corporate finance, it has to its credit the closing of over 25 deals in M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital as well as the presentation and management of over 130 PPP proposals, with significant specialization in sports facility operations.
Furthermore, it actively collaborates with the European Commission as Expert Evaluator of innovation projects.
Since 2020 he has been a member of AIAF, the Italian Association for Financial Analysis.
