Graduated in Law with a specialization in Business Economics. MBA in Corporate and Tax Law. Member of the Rome Bar Association. Previously he collaborated with the Legal and Tax structures of one of the main international networks, working among other things on the stock market listing processes, on the legal procedures for the launch of bond issues and on the acquisitions and/or shareholdings of companies in Italy and abroad. He carried out all the corporate and compliance activities and obligations typical for companies listed on regulated markets. During the 15th Legislature he was a legislative consultant at the Chamber of Deputies of the Undisclosed group and legislative assistant of the Undisclosed group leader at the VI Permanent Commission (Finance) of the Chamber of Deputies. He was a member of the M & A Commission of the Italian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital. He holds numerous positions as President of Supervisory Bodies and Board Member.
He has a profound knowledge of the Italian M&A market, boasting an important network of relationships with the main financial institutions and a profound knowledge of the business dynamics underlying company growth.
