He graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Turin and subsequently obtained a master's degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance and Control (AFC) from Bocconi University. He then continued his academic career by obtaining a PhD (PhD) in business and management at the University of Turin, in the Corporate Finance sector, with a thesis entitled “M&A under Distress: The Interplay of Financial Condition, Deal Characteristics, and Sustainability Factors”During his PhD he spent a semester at New York (USA) at the City University of New York (CUNY), Baruch College, in the Department of Finance. From 2022 to 2026 it was Teaching assistant in the Corporate Finance and Business Valuation courses at the University of Turin and in the course of Advanced Corporate Finance both at SAA School of Management of Turin. He has presented his research work at international academic conferences and is the author of several scientific and professional publications in the field of corporate finance e AccountingHe has been qualified to practice as a chartered accountant since 2023. He joins Iniziativa in March 2026 in the area Corporate Finance, dealing mainly with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), both in the field buy side is sell side, following the operations throughout the entire process.
