He graduated in Business Economics at Federico II University of Naples, chartered accountant registered in the register of Accountants of Naples, statutory auditor registered in the register kept by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and professional mediator. He works in INIZIATIVA since 1998; he has significant experience in the field of planning, management and reporting of projects financed through EU Structural Funds and for enterprise development, training, support for innovation and process improvement. He also participated in various technical assistance projects to P.A. for the development and the use of structural and national funds.
